This patient had a complete Right Kidney rupture with intact Gerota’s fascia and was completely stable. As surgical intervention may end with nephrectomy , a conservative was choosen with bed rest immobilization. After 3 weeks of uneventful bed rest, a CT scan was done Followed by open exploration with evacuation of large amount of fluid and adeaptaion of the two remaining poles with a vicryl net, as well as DJ stent insertion. Seven days later,  perirenal abscess had be drained. The recovery was uneventful.
