There is duplication of the collecting system on Lt. side.

The Rt. Collecting system is seen as only two major infundibula and tilted to the right. The collecting system is missing the upper pole calyx, which often bears close resemblance to a ball peen hammer. There is large lucent smooth filling defect in the bladder.

The diagnosis : bilateral duplication of kidney & ureter.

With a n ectopic ureterocele which obstruct the Rt. Upper pole ureter

{ according to the Meyer-Weigert Law, the upper pole drain in the lower part of the bladder out side the trigon, and the lower pole drain on the trigon laterally,,, }

The upper pole orifice : ectopic obstructing.

The Lower pole orifice : orthotopic refluxing.
